Toolsley is now available through HTTPS!

• Switched WYSIWYG editor to a better one
• Default editor mode can now be set to either HTML or Plaintext
• Chrome App will now default to HTTPS (note that browser storage for HTTPS is separate from HTTP so keys need to be migrated manually)
